pinkcow - Takura QLD Tip of the Week - Week Ending 30 May 2009
Try to have a side salad with your evening meal. Raw, fresh vegies are great. Adding a side salad is easy. Don't just use the usual, try raw broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, zucchini, beetroot. Grate it sometimes, dice or slice. Add variety and lots of different colours. Try it occasionally with an organic, fat free dressing. Eaten before your main meal will reduce the amount you eat.September Tips
